Perfect to help build fitness and work on injury prevention tactics during the off season.
We have formulated a six-week programme which includes exercises, techniques and methods which have been used with clubs such as Sheffield United, Notts County and other sports like GB ski and snowboard, and professional cycling and motorcross teams.
This programme is great to build strength and fitness leading into pre season, returning after an injury or during a winter break. Included in the PDF programme, are recommended sets, reps and resistances, a link to each video online.
There has been specific interest to ensure these drills are made specifically for children in mind and it is recommended that this programme should be for those under 16 years of age.
